Self-Exclusion at Frogger Jump
Frogger Jump provides Self-Exclusion and Time-Out as voluntary tools to assist players in managing gambling risk. These measures restrict access to Frogger Jump products for a defined period and may remove marketing communications. They are not a substitute for personal responsibility or professional support where gambling harm is present.
Scope and Eligibility
These measures apply to all Frogger Jump products and services offered by this operator. You must be 18 years of age or older to create or maintain an account. Self-Exclusion applies to your account held with Frogger Jump and cannot be used to access any Frogger Jump services during the exclusion period. We strongly encourage players who use Self-Exclusion to also request exclusion from any other gambling operators with which they hold accounts.
Exclusion Options
Frogger Jump offers two distinct mechanisms:
- Time-Out (short break): A temporary restriction that disables deposits, withdrawals and play across all Frogger Jump products for the chosen period. Time-Out periods are displayed in the Account Profile. Revocation of a Time-Out is only possible after 24 hours from the initial request, and upon expiry the account is automatically reactivated.
- Self-Exclusion (longer restriction): A longer period during which access to Frogger Jump products is blocked. Available self-exclusion periods are: six months, one year, two years, five years, or permanent. If the request is submitted in writing, the account enters a 24-hour cooling-off phase during which no gambling activity is permitted and the account is closed. After the cooling-off phase, the operator will inform you of the available exclusion periods; a subsequent electronic response from you is required to select a period. If no response is received within a further 24 hours, the account will be reopened and the exclusion request withdrawn. During the Self-Exclusion period, you will not be able to place bets or deposit funds, and the account will be blocked from access until the period ends. Upon expiry, the account is automatically reactivated.
Initiating Self-Exclusion
You may initiate Self-Exclusion in the My Account area under Self-Exclusion, or by contacting Frogger Jump Customer Care. Time-Out requests may be made through the Account Profile. Where a written Self-Exclusion request is received, a 24-hour cooling-off period will apply before any exclusion period takes effect, during which no gambling activity is permitted and the account remains closed.
Effect During Exclusion
- You will be unable to place bets, make deposits or withdraw funds for the duration of the exclusion period.
- The Frogger Jump account will be disabled to prevent gambling activity; attempts to circumvent the exclusion, including creating new accounts or registering with altered details, will be treated as non-compliant and may be refused.
- Marketing communications related to Frogger Jump products will be halted for the duration of the exclusion.
- During Self-Exclusion, you may withdraw any remaining balance where permissible under the exclusion terms. You will not be able to gamble again until the period has expired and the account is reactivated.
Reinstatement and Extensions
At the expiry of a Self-Exclusion period, the account is automatically reactivated unless you have requested an earlier reinstatement. You may request an extension of an existing Self-Exclusion period by contacting Frogger Jump Customer Care prior to the end date; extensions are subject to approval at Frogger Jump’s absolute discretion and will be communicated to you in writing.
Financial Protections and Withdrawing During Exclusion
During a Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, deposits are blocked and no new wagering activity may be undertaken. If a balance exists at the time of exclusion, you may request withdrawal of funds in accordance with Frogger Jump's withdrawal policies. The issuer reserves the right to review withdrawal requests in the context of ongoing exclusions.
Data Processing, Compliance and Communications
Self-Exclusion records are processed in accordance with Frogger Jump’s Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We will maintain a record of exclusions and will implement reasonable steps to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded players. We do not guarantee complete removal of all communications in all circumstances, but we will apply strict controls to minimize outreach to excluded accounts. You may revoke a limit or exclusion only by written or electronic notice, which Frogger Jump will consider in its sole discretion and respond to accordingly.
Support, Guidance and Professional Help
Frogger Jump encourages all players to seek support from recognised problem-gambling services if needed. For immediate support, contact Frogger Jump Customer Care. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, consider contacting independent professional services that specialise in problem gambling in your jurisdiction where available.
Age, Legality and Accountability
Gambling is restricted to individuals who are legally eligible to gamble. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Frogger Jump will comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements governing self-exclusion, customer protection and fairness.
