General Contracting Parties

These Terms form a contract between you and Frogger Jump for the provision and use of the Services. When reference is made to the Operator, it includes Frogger Jump and its Group companies acting on behalf of Frogger Jump in providing the Services to you.

Changes to Terms

Frogger Jump may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting and, where applicable, may be announced via the Website or other reasonable notice. If you continue to use the Services after changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you disagree with material changes, you may cease using the Services and close your Account in accordance with these Terms.

Opening an Account and Registration

You may open only one Account, and you must provide truthful information. Frogger Jump reserves the right to verify identity and to suspend or close accounts in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

Frogger Jump reserves the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate an Account if age is not verifiable or if you are in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Dormant Accounts

A Dormant Account—defined as no login activity for a specified period—may be closed by Frogger Jump. If a Dormant Account holds real money, Frogger Jump may re-activate or terminate the balance in accordance with the Terms, subject to any applicable fees and notice requirements. After closure, you may request reactivation within the period and under the conditions set by Frogger Jump.

Notices

Any notices under these Terms shall be provided in writing and may be served electronically to the contact details on your Account, or as otherwise provided on the Website. The date of receipt shall be the date the notice is sent or made available.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Frogger Jump regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
