General Provisions
All Bets and Stakes are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable law. Where there is a discrepancy between language versions, the English language version governs.
Bets become binding only when explicitly accepted as confirmed in the betslip. The Operator retains sole discretion to accept or reject any Bet. Transactions and bet history may be reviewed by the End User in the My Bets interface to verify acceptance and settlement status.
Data and editorial content presented by the sportsbook is for information and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation. End Users are responsible for their own decisions given the circumstances of an Event or Market. Automated systems, including scanners and robots, are prohibited on the platform and bets placed via such means may be cancelled.
Multiple accounts or third party accounts are prohibited. Offerings may vary by jurisdiction in accordance with local law. The operator may disclose data sources used to determine outcomes upon request. These General Rules define the framework for all Market and Event related activity; Market Rules prevail over Sport Rules; Sport Rules prevail over General Rules in the absence of Market Rules.
For reference purposes an X in a market description is interpreted as a numeric value defined by the Frogger Jump offering.
Eligibility and Verification
End Users must meet the minimum age requirement established by the applicable law in their jurisdiction. Residing in a country that permits online gambling is a prerequisite for account creation and use. The operator may conduct Know Your Customer and other regulatory checks in accordance with applicable law. Accounts may be suspended or closed for non compliance or suspicion of fraud or money laundering in accordance with regulatory obligations.
Placing Bets
Bet placement is governed by these Betting Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only when it is expressly confirmed as accepted in the betslip. The operator retains the right to determine whether a Bet is accepted and may modify or refuse any Bet for any lawful reason. Bets may be placed in the following forms:
- Single — a Bet on one outcome of an Event with payout equal to stake multiplied by Odds.
- Combo — a Bet on multiple independent outcomes. All outcomes must be correct for a win; otherwise the Bet loses. Payout is stake multiplied by the total odds of the Combo.
- System — a set of combinations from a fixed set of outcomes, with a specified number of selections. All selections share a common stake; payout equals stake times total odds of the System.
- Trixie — a three market combination consisting of one treble and two doubles, or as defined by the market description.
- Patent — a combination including a treble, three doubles and three singles from three selections.
- Yankee — a fourfold, plus trebles and doubles across four selections as defined by the market.
- Canadian — a fivefold and multiple permutations across five selections as defined by the market.
- Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath — larger multi bet structures described by market definitions with corresponding payout calculations.
- Decimal precision — if Odds include more than two decimal places, the payout is rounded to the second decimal; winnings are calculated consistent with the rounding rules.
- Cash Out — the operator may offer to terminate or modify a Bet prior to final settlement. Acceptance or rejection is at the End User’s option. Cash Out offers may apply pre match and live betting and the operator may change or terminate Cash Out at its discretion.
- Bet Builder — a Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event. All included Markets must settle correctly for the Bet Builder to win. Availability is at the operator discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. If a Bet Builder contains voided components, the non voided components may remain active in accordance with the Betting Rules.
- Early Payout — a feature that settles a Bet as a winner before final event conclusion when predefined conditions are met. Availability is at the operator discretion and may vary by event or market. Early Payout participates in combinations where applicable and is subject to the terms shown in the event page and bet history.
Settlement and Voiding
Bets are settled according to official results and the terms of the Market and Event descriptions. If an Event is postponed, abandoned, or not completed within a defined window, the Operator may void unsettled Bets and refund Stakes, except where market rules provide otherwise. Events determined by official announcements or regulatory bodies may override non final results. In the case of ambiguous outcomes or palpable error in odds or event details, the Operator may void or adjust Bets in line with established error handling procedures. In sports with ongoing or disputed outcomes, settlement accounts for the final official result as available to the Operator at the time of settlement.
Where applicable, the Operator may apply Play or Pay rules to Outright markets. H2H markets may be treated differently from other Outright markets. Settlement for markets involving changes to participants or substitutions follows market definitions and related rules. Settlement timeframes for Bet resolution and any re settlements shall not exceed thirty days from the initial settlement event.
Disruptions and Irregularities
In the event of a dispute or irregularity such as a VAR decision in soccer that conflicts with the on pitch decision, bets placed during the interval until the final decision are treated in accordance with market rules and the final official result. The Operator may declare bets void in cases of palpable error, fraud, or suspicious activity and may suspend or close accounts as required by law and regulation.
Outrights and Play or Pay
Outright markets include season long or tournament wide bets on participants or outcomes. Play or Pay rules may apply to Outright bets, whereby bets stand and settle normally even if a listed participant is unable to participate; head to head markets may be void if a listed participant does not take part. The approval of replacements within a team may not affect ongoing markets beyond the terms defined for specific markets.
Responsible Gaming and Data
Frogger Jump promotes responsible gaming. Tools to set deposit limits, self exclusions, and cooling off periods are available. The operator complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws and maintains records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Personal data handling is described in the privacy policy and is not part of these Betting Rules unless referenced herein.
Updates and Governing Law
The operator may amend these Betting Rules and related terms from time to time. The most current version governs all bets and account activity. The governing law for Frogger Jump betting operations is the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, with regulatory oversight by the appropriate authority. End Users will be informed of material changes as required by applicable law.
